如果删除/修改Published with GitBook （ 中译为： 本书使用 GitBook 发布）。

有两种方法，其中一种创建CSS样式，把gitbook-link隐藏。

推荐下面一种：

在项目中创建_layouts->website->summary.html

summary.html内容如下
